The gym

Keep your lifestyle goals on track with an unhurried work out in The Chilworth’s private gym, with state-of-the-art cardio equipment and a selection of free weights for resistance training. Guests can access the gym any time, so there’s no need to put your regimen on hold just because you’re away from home.

Wake up to yoga

After a great night’s sleep, refresh with the wonders of early morning yoga.
The Chilworth plays host to a guided yoga session every Monday and Wednesday morning, followed by a delicious, nutritious smoothie.
Perfect for early birds, the 8am session is a great way to ease into the work day.
For those who simply cannot resist staying a bit longer in our luxuriously comfy beds the 9am session is an ideal start.

The park

With 350 acres of lush green parkland an easy stroll away, temper the restless excitement of the West End with a gentler, more relaxing London. Hyde Park’s peaceful glades, grassy meadows and miles of tree-lined paths are perfect for wellbeing-boosting activities of all kinds. Find the ideal spot for outdoor yoga, go for a run or a gentle jog, or cycle the park.

Vitamin-C infused showers

Just stepping into the bathroom makes you feel better. Soak up the goodness of powerful water jets infused with vitamin C, knowing every drop neu-tralises chlorine and enriches your shower with an essential nutrient and anti-oxidant for your hair, skin and nails.

Vitamin-infused coffee pods

You’ll find our commitment to wellbeing even extends to your caffeine fix. Each coffee pod is infused with an assortment of vitamins (A, B1, B5, B6, B9, B12 and D3, to be precise), giving your body an all-round wellbeing boost with every cup. Walk, jog or run Hyde Park

It’s not often a city stay comes with such a sense of space. At the end of our tree-lined street, Hyde Park’s inviting expanse beckons, the “green lungs of London”. It’s a great place for exercise of every description, and we’re on hand to help with advice on the best routes for a brisk walk, a gentle jog or an invigorating run.

If running’s your thing, we can recommend 1, 3 or 5 mile routes, with towels and chilled water on your return. For the less energetic, we can organise guided walks taking in some of the park’s most memorable sights, from Kensington Palace to the Serpentine Gallery, and beyond to Speaker’s Corner.

Yoga and meditation

Whatever brings you to London, whether business or pleasure – or a little of both, you’ll find it’s easier than you might think to switch off in the city. With flexibility the key (pun intended!), yoga is offered either in guided sessions in our Yoga Lounge, or in the privacy of your room with a yoga mat on request.

Meditation, too, helps even the most switched-on guests switch off, and we offer techniques to get into the zone – whether in-room or outdoors (Hyde Park’s grassy glades are ideal for al fresco meditation on a warm summer’s evening).
