Wake up to yoga
The Chilworth plays host to a guided yoga session every Monday and Wednesday morning, followed by a delicious, nutritious smoothie.
Perfect for early birds, the 8am session is a great way to ease into the work day.
For those who simply cannot resist staying a bit longer in our luxuriously comfy beds the 9am session is an ideal start.

Meditation, too, helps even the most switched-on guests switch off, and we offer techniques to get into the zone – whether in-room or outdoors (Hyde Park’s grassy glades are ideal for al fresco meditation on a warm summer’s evening).
Walk, jog or run Hyde Park
If running’s your thing, we can recommend 1, 3 or 5 mile routes, with towels and chilled water on your return. For the less energetic, we can organise guided walks taking in some of the park’s most memorable sights, from Kensington Palace to the Serpentine Gallery, and beyond to Speaker’s Corner.
