Wake up to the wonders of early morning yoga. Every Monday and Wednesday, The Chilworth plays host to a guided yoga session with a delicious, nutritious smoothie included, leaving you relaxed and ready for the day’s challenges. There’s an 8am session for early birds – ideal for easing you into the working day, or a 9am session for those with a little more time on their hands, and yoga mats are provided.
